What users report
- App breaks: Crashes, freezes, blank screens and server errors.
- Cannot get in: OTP and login failures that lock people out of their own money.
- Hard to leave: Closing the account or deleting the profile turns into a process.
- Too much selling inside: Ads, pop-ups and cross-sell in the way of the thing you opened the app for.
