What users report
- Nobody answers: Support that does not reply, or replies with a template and closes the ticket.
- Money did not arrive: Funds debited, withdrawn or transferred that the user says never landed.
- App breaks: Crashes, freezes, blank screens and server errors.
- Cannot get in: OTP and login failures that lock people out of their own money.
- KYC gets stuck: Account opening or re-verification that stalls, or documents rejected without reason.
